What do I do next?

THE PROCESS

Stage 1 - Send it in

  • Package the drive up well in a box, please do not send a drive in just a jiffy envelope.
       - Download the recovery form here and enclose it with the drive.
       - Send your drive to us via Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier.

Stage 2 - Assessment and Recovery

  • On arrival the media will be allotted a unique ID which will be emailed to you.
  • The media will then go through a diagnosis process to locate the cause of failure.
  • Once the problem has been correctly diagnosed then the media is assigned to the appropriate recovery team.
  • If the data is recovered a RFL (Recovered File Listing) is produced and emailed directly to your email address.
  • If in the rare occurance the data cannot be recovered then the drive will be returned via nexy day courier for a small fee.

Stage 3 - Return of Data

  • Go ahead to complete recovery from the client.
       - If the client does not want to proceed then the job is closed down.
  • The final invoice is raised and payment taken.
  • Data is transfered onto other media (usually DVDs).
  • On receipt of payment the recovered data is returned by next day courier.
       - A copy of the data is retained for 14 days in case of query.
  • Job Closed
